Returns Policy

All leads and cables are sold in good faith, and generally there are no returns possible. If you are not sure ASK US. If we get it wrong and give you wrong advice, then we'll happily refund your money upon return of the cable.

If you get it wrong, then you'll have to keep the cable. That's why it's important to ask us if you're not sure. We're a friendly bunch, so don't be afraid to ask questions - even silly ones - we're not going to laugh at you.

Some of these leads are more than $1000 and we have to get them ordered in specially, so we don't sell them to people to 'try it out' at all. We don't take cables back if you change your mind.

In the unlikely event that the cable does not work on arrival it will be considered a warranty return and will be repaired/replaced at our discretion.
